Florence Coroner is permanent representative of Ifremer to the EU. She is in charge of monitoring and analysing relevant EU legislative and political developments, including the political and scientific context related to Marine research Infrastructures (FP7, Marine Strategy Framework Directive, the European Strategy for marine and maritime research, EMODNET etc.). Florence Coroner is also in charge of coordinating Ifremer contribution to the JPI Oceans and is member of its Secretariat. She has previous work experience in European research administration at Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique (INRA).
