Vegard Rønning Dahlen is the main contact point for the Joint Action on Offshore Freshened Groundwater and Ocean Oxygen Loss. He is also involved in the Joint Actions on Underwater Noise, Ocean Carbon Capacities, Deep-Sea Mining, Marinas and Blue Bioeconomy. Vegard academic background is from marine biology, with a specialisation in aquaculture. His previous experience is from the Norwegian public administration and management of environmental issues at large infrastructure construction projects.
