This online policy dialogue is part of the Blue Carbon Scoping Process and will focus on discussing identified knowledge and policy gaps and challenges in Europe. Participants inputs during the policy dialogue will be brought forward to a workshop for scientific experts taking place later in September, as well as in the further scoping that will result in a Concept Paper to be presented to the JPI Oceans Management Board.
